K2 Poacher Skis 2023
Whether you're spending all of your time in the park, competing at the highest levels of freestyle events or never ever stepping foot in the park, the K2 Poacher Skis excel in a truly wide variety of applications. Built with a fir and aspen wood core that gets the triaxial fiberglass treatment, these skis also feature carbon stringers that run the length of the ski, increasing the longitudinal flex of the Poacher. As a result, this ski is a bit heavier of a build, mostly because the fiberglass has a lot of epoxy in it, and that's a weighty material. For heavier or more aggressive skiers, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it does add a bit more stability to the whole package. In an all-mountain format, these skis are incredibly versatile, equally as capable and willing to lay down a mean carve on a groomer as they are at home in the bumps and trees. It also has a ton of pop off the lip, along with energy and stability you need to stomp those big airs wherever you ski. If you never go into the park, you'll be amazed and impressed at how well these skis handle versatile and variable conditions and terrain. If you are a park rat or all mountain skier looking for a fully capable twin tip, then your prayers will be answered with the K2 Poacher Skis.
