Lost or stolen packages:
We ship all packages via Fed Ex. Once a package ships you will receive tracking information.
Fed Ex may require a signature depending on your delivery location.
In the event that a package is lost or stolen. Risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery of the tracking number and product with our designated carrier.

International shipping is via Fed Ex International Economy. International shipping time is approximately 3-10 business days.
Free shipping is not offered on International orders. Shipping costs do not include taxes, brokerage fees and duties.
