Vermont Glove The Choppers Mitt

I only recently discovered this brand Vermont Gloves. I was curious but they seemed expensive. Then I found an unbeatable price at Alpine Shop VT so I purchased some. Now that I have them I can say they are the best quality and well worth the cost over cheaper gloves. If you like to have the best when you get things, try these Vermont Gloves. Alpine Shop had them to me in just a couple days. Beyond satisfied.

Excellent - soft, supple leather with enough substance to last for many years - especially like the thumb/index reinforcement and the out-facing seams. The insulation level is light, but I can get a light wool mitt liner inside and still have an appropriate fit using the size guide. I also bought a pair one size up and that pair allows for a heavy wool liner while still having a comfortable fit - for those very cold days. The wrist guard portion of the mittens has a subtle flare cut, but it easily fits inside the wrist of my jacket sleeve to keep out the snow and cold. I plan on treating the leather with preservative sold on the Vermont Glove website.
