26/27 Pre-Purchase Seasonal Rental – FAQ
Do I need to return my gear even if I plan to rent again?
Yes. All seasonal rental equipment must be returned by May 1st, even if you’re planning to rent again next season. This allows our team to perform safety checks, professional tuning, and refresh our fleet so everything is ready for next winter.
What happens if I don’t return my gear by May 1st?
Returns after May 1st are subject to late fees. We recommend returning on time to avoid additional charges and to stay eligible for the best available pricing.
How do I lock in the 26/27 Pre-Purchase Rate?
Simply return your gear in person and you’ll have the opportunity to secure next season’s rental at our best available rate right on the spot. If this is your first time renting with us, you can still take advantage or our pre-purchase pricing. Our team will guide you through your options. It’s quick and easy.
Will I get the same gear next season if I'm a returning customer?
All equipment is returned, inspected, and professionally serviced before being reissued. During your August fitting, we’ll make sure you’re set up with the best size and gear for the upcoming season.
What if my child outgrows their gear mid-season?
No problem at all. We offer in-season exchanges to keep up with growth so your child always has the right fit (subject to availability).
Are tunes included?
Yes! Your seasonal rental includes complimentary tunes all season long, so your gear stays in top shape from first run to last.
Can I cancel my Pre-Purchase rental if plans change?
Yes. Pre-Purchase rentals are fully refundable before your fitting appointment and before gear is issued, with a $25 cancellation fee.
When do fittings start and when do I get my gear?
As a Pre-Purchase customer, you’ll get access to a priority fitting window in early August, before bookings open to the general public. You'll receive your gear at your fitting appointment once your setup is complete. Keep an eye on your inbox in late June/early July and reserve your appointment early.
