Holidays Return Policy: Items purchased from November 1 to December 24 can be exchanged, credited, or refunded within 60days of purchase. All Holiday returns must conform with the conditions below.
ALPINE SHOP RETURN POLICY:

All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, and all associated tags.

Worn or used items may not be returned.

Mounted skis and snowboards may not be returned.

Used Ski Boots and Foot

No returns on items discounted at 50% or more.

Swimwear is final sale and not returnable.

Outgoing shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All returns must arrive in their original packaging or box with an exterior box around the item.

We cannot accept binding boxes with return postage on the box.

Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Packages refused at delivery may incur a $35.00 restocking fee to cover the return shipping fees back to Alpine Shop.

Mounted skis are non-refundable unless defective or there is a warranty issue.

Ski boots and footwear can only be exchanged or put into store credit, and only if they are unused and unmodified.

Warranty Procedures:
At the Alpine Shop our motto is Ski Today Work Tomorrow; when we ski and ride we do so with passion and sometimes our gear takes the brunt of our adventures. Most manufacturers provide a warranty against defective production. Please check the manufacturer’s website for information regarding their specific warranty policy. Alpine Shop is happy to help facilitate any warranty process but the manufacturer will make all warranty decisions.
Direct Manufacturer Warranty:
Please check the manufacturer website to see if they will directly process your warranty. This will help you expedite the warranty process and cost of shipping you will incur. We can send you support information if needed.
Alpine Shop Warranty Process:
Determine if the damage should be covered by warranty. Warranties will NOT cover:

Normal wear and use, chipped top sheets from crossing skis and sun fading colors.

Damage resulting from contact with objects, rocks, stumps, rails, boxes etc.

Damage to product from improper use such as flying off roof racks or jamming tips and tails in the snow.

Hardware, parts and accessories that were lost or have gone missing after using your equipment.

All clothing must be washed prior to warranty submission.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Alpine Shop charges a $25.00 fee to return the warranty equipment to the manufacturer.
