Same great quality in craftsmanship as the pair of Vermonter gloves I already own. The Vermonters I own are size 9. They fit perfectly without the merino liner gloves. With the merino liner gloves they will fit, but are snug even broken in. Snug gloves are cold from my experience. So I ordered the Uphill Skiers in a size 10. Much better fit even new. My recommendation... If you want a snug fitting work glove for warm weather buy your normal size based on Vermont Gloves measuring chart using a flexible measuring tape. If you want a cold weather glove that will accommodate the merino wool liner glove comfortably, then buy the next size up. Properly taken care of the Vermont gloves should last an extremely long time if not a lifetime depending on how their used. Goatskin is one of the most durable leathers there is for being a thinner leather. I plan to use the Uphill Skiers for light to medium duty winter chores, snow removal from vehicles, snow shoveling and driving my atv when plowing snow, so I'm expecting a long service life. I've already treated them with a single coat of Neatsfoot oil just like my Vermonters.
