Thank you for your support of the Alpine Shop and for leasing your winter equipment from us this past season. The past couple of months have been very challenging for all small local businesses and also for each of you and your families. We would like to present an idea to you now that could benefit both you, our employees and our business. Until June 1st, we’d like to give you the opportunity to “re-lease” your same equipment package(s) at a significant discount without having to return them. You would receive the same benefits that you always do with our lease program along with the ability to swap out any equipment (recommend doing that in late August or September) for free should you need different sizing next season.
Here are 3 options for you to consider and respond to:
1. “Re-Lease” all or some of the equipment you leased from us this past season. Used equipment packages would be discounted 20%. New equipment packages from last season could be “re-leased” at the used rate which is 30-40% less than what you paid this year. Again you can swap out your equipment for different sizes in the fall (Aug-Sept please) for free should you need to do so. This offer expires June 1, 2020.
2. As always, there are “buy-out” options for equipment to be purchased at the end of the season. This can also be done without needing to come into the store.
3. Starting Tuesday May 19, return your equipment between the hours of 10AM-6PM, Tuesday through Saturday. You will now not need to go down to the shop basement. Come to the middle entrance of the store and simply bring your equipment inside to our new back service area. Or, if you’d prefer to drop them off “curbside,” simply call the store when you arrive and one of our associates will direct you where to leave the equipment outside our building. (802) 862-2714
(Note that through this Saturday, May 16, our lease return station will still be setup outside our middle store entrance from Noon-4PM with plenty of safe distance for you and our staff. If there is not someone at the station when you arrive, simply call our store (802) 862-2714 for assistance.)
